Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically diagnosed with head and neck cancer; 2. Being scheduled for or undergoing concurrent chemoradiotherapy; 3. Aged 18 years or older; 4. Conscious, capable of normal communication and literate to understand written text; 5. Provided informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cognitive impairment or history of mental illness; 2. Critically ill and unable to cooperate in completing the investigation.
