Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Investigate hospitals that are at level two or above. 2. Registered nurses currently employed in oncology who have worked for =1 year. 3. The nurse witnessed or personally experienced a patient's death. 4 . Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurses on sick leave or maternity leave. 2. Nurses who are doing advanced training in oncology. 3. Nurses with a clearly diagnosed mental health problem. 4. Vulnerable groups, except for subordinates of staff or researchers at research institutions, including people with mental illnesses, cognitive impairments, critically ill patients, minors, pregnant women, and illiterate individuals.
