R group:Remimazolam was administered via continuous infusion at a rate of 1.0–2.5 mg/kg/h
S group:In Group S, sevoflurane was administered by inhalation to maintain MAC 0.7-1.0

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children under 2 years old, ASA II, undergoing lung resection surgery due to congenital pulmonary cystadenoma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude those with congenital heart disease, recent respiratory tract infections, allergies to the study drug, or allergies to any sedatives, analgesics, antiemetics, or antipruritics taken within 24 hours before surgery; 2. Those with respiratory depressive diseases or asthma, accompanied by respiratory, cardiovascular, and nervous system diseases, and moderate to severe liver or kidney dysfunction; 3. Those who have received any other investigational drug within the past 3 months.
