Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years old or above ; 2. Onset of disease within two weeks ; 3. Informed consent obtained from both patients and their families;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe insufficiency of vital organs ; 2. Patients with insomnia or long-term use of hypnotic drugs prior to stroke onset ; 3. Patients with a previous history of stroke ; 4. Patients taking antidepressants or sedatives for a long time ; 5. Patients participating in other relevant drug trials ; 6. Patients with cognitive impairment who cannot cooperate with the study;
