Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients classified as Level I, II, or III according to the transfer grading standards in the "Consensus on In-hospital Transfer of Critically Ill Emergency Patients – Standardized Graded Transfer Plan." 2. Patients aged 18 years or older who require in-hospital transfer after surgery in the operating room. 3. Patients or their legal representatives must fully understand the study content and voluntarily sign the informed consent form. 4. Patients with a height below 190 cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable condition: Critically ill patients (such as those requiring high-concentration oxygen therapy, multiple vasoactive drugs for support, or GCS score 150kg) or patients who cannot be accommodated due to special positions. 4. Expected survival <24 hours or patients receiving end-of-life care. 5. Patients with infectious diseases requiring special isolation. 6. Incomplete medical records.
