Extremely low birth weight infant

Interventions

Sucking Reward Group:When the infant reaches a corrected gestational age of 28 weeks and is no longer intubated, sucking-reward feeding is administered: the infant is given a pacifier to suck on while
Ordinary Gravity Infusion Group:Using the conventional gravity drip method, milk flows into the stomach under the force of gravity.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newborns with a birth weight of less than 1500 grams and a gestational age of less than 32 weeks. 2. Transferred to the research unit within 72 hours after birth. 3. Had given informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Born as a small-for-gestational-age infant. 2. Incomplete medical records. 3. Congenital digestive tract malformations (such as intestinal atresia, congenital intestinal stenosis, abnormal intestinal rotation, congenital megacolon), severe genetic and metabolic diseases, multiple malformation infants, etc. 4. Still requiring endotracheal intubation and invasive mechanical ventilation at a corrected gestational age of 32 weeks. 5. Refusal to consent or withdrawal during treatment.
