Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who intend to receive relevant diagnosis and treatment at Ningbo Second Hospital and are able to complete baseline assessments; 2. Those who meet the clinical diagnosis of knee joint injury or degeneration; 3. Those who are willing to sign the informed consent and accept follow-up visits.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who cannot complete the core baseline assessment or have serious missing key data; 2. Those who have severe comorbidities or cognitive impairments that affect the determination of the primary outcome and cannot cooperate with follow-up; 3. Those who, in the judgment of the researcher, are not suitable for inclusion in this cohort.
