Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Lesion located within 5 cm above or below the esophagogastric junction (EGJ); 3.Pathologically confirmed adenocarcinoma; 4.Classified as early cancer, defined as tumor invasion confined to the mucosa or submucosa; 5.Availability of endoscopic, pathological, and/or surgical data sufficient for lesion localization and Siewert classification determination; 6.Cases may originate from endoscopic resection, surgical resection, or surgical resection following endoscopic treatment;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Non-adenocarcinoma pathological type; 2.Non-early cancer (i.e., advanced cancer); 3.Lesion located outside the 5 cm range above or below the esophagogastric junction (EGJ); 4.Severe data deficiency precluding reliable lesion localization or Siewert classification determination; 5.Prior treatment(s) that significantly compromise the assessment of the primary lesion location; 6.Duplicate cases; 7.Inability to confirm the lesion as a primary tumor;
