Trial group:Spinal manipulation and massage intervention: core movement spiral chain muscle activation training
frequency 45 minutes/session, 3 times/week, lasting 6 months
personalized adjustment based on electromyographic feedback
Control group:Conventional physical therapy: core muscle strength training

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with idiopathic scoliosis (AIS), aged 10–18 years; 2. Cobb angle of 10°–40°; 3. No prior spinal surgery or biologic agent treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital spinal deformities or neuromuscular disorders; 2. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction (NYHA Class III or higher); 3. Participation in other clinical trials within the past 3 months.
