Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent thoracoscopic radical resection for lung cancer and were pathologically diagnosed with lung cancer; 2. Age >=18 years; 3. Clear consciousness and no cognitive or communication impairment; 4. Voluntary participation in this study with signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative pulmonary infection, ARDS, or other related conditions; 2. Severe comorbidities, such as heart failure or hepatic or renal insufficiency; 3. Postoperative admission to the ICU; 4. Communication impairment due to any cause; 5. Unwillingness to participate in this study.
