18 Years to 28 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Compliance with ITBS diagnostic criteria; 2. Age range: 18-28 years old; 3. When knee pain occurs, the VAS score is between 3-6 points; 4. Only the affected side has iliotibial band syndrome; 5. Still experiencing knee pain in the past month without receiving any relevant treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of lower limb trauma within six months; 2. The affected lower limb has a history of surgery; 3. Organic injuries at the knee joint, including meniscus and ligaments; 4. Taking relevant drugs that affect the experimental results during the experiment; 5. Treat skin infections or ulcers in the affected area.
