Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age>18 years; 2.diagnosed with postherpetic neuralgia in thoracic or lumbar region; 3.VAS>=4; 4.Standardized pharmacological treatment (gaineffective after pharmacologic treatment (bapentin/pregabalin) for at least 4 weeks, or the side effects are intolerable; 5.The patient was fully informed of the technical characteristics and costs of the two treatment options and voluntarily chose to undergo either DRG-S or DRG-PRF therapy; 6.The patient voluntarily signed the informed consent form and agreed to cooperate in completing regular follow-ups;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Anatomical abnormality precluding DRG electrode placement; 2.Coagulation dysfunction or infection at the puncture site; 3.Severe mental or psychological illness; 4.Known allergy to local anesthetics or corticosteroids; 5.Concurrent chronic pain treatment at another facility; 6.Enrolled in another clinical trial simultaneously;
