Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical frontline nursing staff in the intensive care unit; 2. Possession of a valid nursing license; 3. Voluntary participation in this study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nursing staff who leave their position for more than 6 months during the intervention period due to vacation, further study, or other reasons; 2. Personnel in non-responsible nurse positions such as office nurses and equipment nurses;
