Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience; 2. College degree in nursing or above; 3. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form; 4. Have a smart phone and be able to use WhatsApp; 5. In good health with no serious underlying diseases; 6. Informed consent and voluntary participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have received scenario-based teaching training within the past one year; 2. Those not in clinical positions (such as administrative staff, supply room staff, etc.); 3. Those planning to leave the current position, retire or change jobs within half a year.
