Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Suffering from systemic diseases (such as diabetes, kidney disease, autoimmune diseases); 2.Receiving antibiotic treatment within 4 weeks; 3.Receiving hormone or immunosuppressant therapy within 6 months; 4.Presence of oral infections, gingivitis, periapical periodontitis, oral ulcers, acute pharyngitis, acute tonsillitis, or other oral diseases;
