70 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 70 years, PS score <= 1; 2. Preoperative clinical stage: non-small cell lung cancer of I, II, or resectable stage III; 3. Preoperative pulmonary function test completed; 4. Underwent open thoracotomy or thoracoscopic lobectomy/segmentectomy/wedge resection with systematic lymph node dissection/sampling; 5. Postoperative pathology confirms complete tumor resection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple primary lung cancers; 2. Lung metastases; 3. Uncommon pathological types other than squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, and adenosquamous carcinoma; 4. Incomplete clinical data; 5. History of other malignant tumors within the past 5 years.
