Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Community-dwelling permanent residents aged >= 60 years; 2. No prior history of cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases; 3. Able to tolerate and cooperate with the examination procedures; 4. Provision of signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of any serious contraindication, inability to cooperate with the examination procedures, or refusal to sign informed consent and participate in this study.
