Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 10-18 years, meeting the diagnostic criteria for AIS (confirmed by full-spine X-ray/EOS imaging, with a Cobb angle >= 10°); 2. The first visit time is between April 1, 2021 and April 1, 2026, with complete medical records (including baseline mechanical indicators, intervention plan records, and >= 1 follow-up functional assessment); 3. No other spinal diseases (such as congenital scoliosis, neuromuscular scoliosis) or severe underlying diseases (cardiopulmonary insufficiency, neurological diseases) are combined.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary scoliosis (such as syndrome-related scoliosis, post-traumatic scoliosis); 2. Missing key information in medical records (e.g., no Cobb angle records, no muscle strength test data, no details of intervention plans); 3. Loss to follow-up during the follow-up period (no records of functional assessment after any intervention) or transfer to another hospital for treatment (inability to obtain complete follow-up data); 4. Having undergone spinal surgery or long-term brace treatment before the first visit (affecting the authenticity of baseline mechanical indicators).
