Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male patients aged >=40years. 2. Meets NIH diagnostic criteria for Type III prostatitis (CP/CPPS) with a symptom duration > 6 months. 3. Inadequate symptom improvement (defined as = 15. 5. Provides informed consent and voluntarily signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suspected prostate cancer (abnormal PSA and not confirmed as benign by needle biopsy). 2. Acute prostatitis, urinary tract infection. 3. Severe neurogenic bladder, bladder outlet obstruction, or urinary retention. 4. Severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency, and coagulation dysfunction. 5. Allergy to contrast agents or NSAIDs.
