Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18–86 years; 2. Diagnosed with acute neurological diseases, including cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, and traumatic brain injury; 3. Admitted to the ICU, expected to require enteral nutrition support for >=7 days, with an indication for post-pyloric feeding, and successful placement of a nasojejunal tube confirmed by bedside abdominal X-ray; 4. Voluntarily agreed to participate in the study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-existing severe malnutrition (BMI < 16); 2. Presence of structural gastrointestinal lesions or functional disorders, such as gastrointestinal obstruction or severe gastrointestinal bleeding; 3. Presence of severe multiple organ failure or other diseases that would preclude tolerance of the study intervention; 4. Pregnant or lactating patients.
