Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. It meets the diagnostic criteria for spinal cord injury (ISNCSCI, revised edition 2019, formulated by the American Spinal Injury Association), belongs to ASIA grades A to D, and has imaging data such as CT and MR to prove that it is a spinal cord injury; 2. After the shock period of the spinal cord; 3. Age greater than 18 years and less than 80 years; 4. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form; 5. Conscious and with stable vital signs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe other systemic diseases, critical conditions or rapid disease progression, such as renal failure, cardiopulmonary failure, etc.; 2. Those with pelvic fractures or multiple fractures of multiple ribs that may affect the assessment; 3. AIS grade E patients; 4. Other factors that affect information collection, such as inability to speak due to tracheotomy status, severe history of mental illness, severe decline in cognitive function, etc.; 5. Poor compliance and poor cooperation.
