Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the "Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Diabetic Retinopathy in China (2022)", with a confirmed diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy, and have received vitrectomy treatment; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. Postoperative condition is stable and planned for discharge home; 4. Possess basic language communication skills and the ability to complete questionnaires; 5. Have a fixed contact method and can cooperate with follow-up; 6. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined severe cognitive impairment, mental disorders, or language communication disorders; 2. Combined severe systemic diseases, with an expected difficulty in completing follow-up; 3. Significant changes in postoperative condition, unsuitable for participating in the study; 4. Simultaneously participating in other related studies that may affect the results of this study.
