Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Presence of a chronic wound (duration >= 4 weeks or recurrent/refractory to healing); 3. Received at least one episode of standardized wound treatment; 4. Clear consciousness and provision of written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe cognitive impairment or mental illness that precludes cooperation with the study; 2. Critically ill patients or those with severe failure of vital organs such as the heart, brain, or kidneys; 3. Severe limitation in verbal communication.
