Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically confirmed primary LUAD patients (AJCC 8th edition stage I-III); 2. Complete surgical resection specimens and follow-up data; 3. Lung cancer samples with nine-gene testing showing EGFR mutation; 4. Preoperative treatment with EGFR-TKI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Merge with other malignant tumors; 2. The sample quality does not meet the testing requirements (such as RNA integrity number RIN<7)
