Positive Education Group:Participants will receive ICT training delivered using a positive education pedagogy. Each participant will complete three courses (e.g., Smart Assistants Made Easy, Easy Digi
Positive Education with Learning Buddy Group:Participants will receive the same positive education-based ICT training as the Positive Education Group, with the addition of a learning buddy component,

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. At least 60 years old or above; 2. Currently residing in Hong Kong; 3. Capable of reading, writing and speaking Chinese; 4. Possessing basic digital skills, such as being able to independently type or write on a mobile phone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Has severe cognitive, visual or auditory impairments that prevent them from completing the intervention or assessment; 2. Has any condition that makes it impossible for them to participate in classroom learning.
