Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient was diagnosed with bladder cancer by pathology. This was a patient whose HSP90a level was measured before the first treatment. The patient or their family fully understood the purpose, methods, risks, and benefits of this study, and were willing to cooperate with all the examinations and follow-up work during the research process.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Combining other malignant tumors except for bladder cancer to avoid interference from other tumors on the plasma HSP90a level and prognosis. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (such as acute myocardial infarction, extensive cerebral infarction, severe cardiac insufficiency, etc.), and liver and kidney dysfunction (such as end-stage renal disease, decompensated liver cirrhosis, etc.) may affect the patient's survival and plasma indicators, thereby interfering with the research results.Presence of infectious diseases (such as severe sepsis, active pulmonary tuberculosis, etc.) and autoimmune diseases (such as systemic lupus erythematosus, active rheumatoid arthritis, etc.)
