18 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18-59 years (including the boundary values); 2. According to the "Key Diagnostic Points of Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019" formulated by the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, ischemic stroke confirmed by cranial CT/MRI; 3. Condition is stable, vital signs are stable; 4. Patient is conscious and able to communicate through text or speech; 5. Able to use communication software such as WeChat proficiently; 6. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart failure, lung, liver, or kidney dysfunction; 2. Patients with other severe chronic diseases of organs; 3. Vulnerable groups, including pregnant women, illiterate individuals, patients with mental illness, those with cognitive impairments, and critically ill patients.
