Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients must voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 2. Aged between 18 and 65 years old; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic sinusitis as stipulated in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Sinusitis (2018)"; (1) Two or more of the following symptoms occur: nasal congestion, sticky or mucopurulent nasal discharge, head and facial distension and pain, and reduced or lost sense of smell, and at least one of them is nasal congestion or mucopurulent nasal discharge; (2) Nasal endoscopy: Sticky or mucopurulent secretions from the middle meatus or olfactory cleft, nasal mucosa congestion, edema or polyps; (3) Imaging examination: CT scan of the paranasal sinuses can show inflammatory lesions of the ostial-nasal passage complex and/or the paranasal sinus mucosa. 4. Surgical indications for chronic sinusitis in accordance with the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Sinusitis (2018):" (1) Obvious anatomical abnormalities that affect the ostionasal passage complex or the drainage of each paranasal sinus; (2) Nasal polyps that affect the drainage of the ostionasal passage complex or the various paranasal sinuses; (3) In principle, after no less than 12 weeks of standardized drug treatment, if the symptoms do not improve satisfactorily; (4) Complications occur in the cranium, orbit, etc. 5. The Sniffin' Sticks olfactory test (TDI) score is <=30 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who voluntarily request to withdraw have poor compliance and cannot cooperate with regular follow-up and treatment observers; 2. The subjects have the following diseases: cystic fibrosis, congenital ciliary motility disorder, systemic inflammatory diseases (granulomatous polyangiitis, sarcoidosis, etc); 3. Accompanied by severe metabolic, cardiovascular, immune, neurological, hematological, digestive, cerebrovascular or respiratory system diseases, or diseases that the researcher has assessed may affect the research results or the safety of the subjects; 4. Severe systemic complications occurred during and after the operation, including orbital and intracranial complications, etc; 5. Staff members who are currently participating in other clinical research or have participated in other clinical research within 30 days, or who are directly involved in this research; 6. Those with a history of mental illness, confrontational personality, negative motivation, suspicion or other emotional or intellectual problems that may affect the informed validity of their participation in the research.
