Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the clinical diagnostic criteria of Parkinson's disease by the International Parkinson's Disease Association; 2. Has a definite disabling freezing gait (total score of the New Freezing of Gait Questionnaire = 10); 3. Drug-resistant freezing gait; 4. Hoehn-Yahr stage is in III-IV (open phase); 6. Age between 18 and 80 years old; 7. Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale score = 24, excluding dementia; 8. Can understand the research content and sign the informed consent form; 9. Has no contraindications for wearing wearable sensors and exoskeleton devices (such as skin ulceration of the lower limbs, severe ankle deformity, etc.), and can cooperate to complete gait data collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary Parkinsonism or Parkinsonian superimposed syndrome; 2. Severe internal medical conditions or mental disorders; 3. History of epilepsy, intracranial metal implants, cardiac pacemakers; 4. Presence of MRI or TMS contraindications; 5. Previous DBS surgery and contraindications for DBS or MCS implantation; 6. Suffering from other neurological or skeletal-muscular system diseases that may affect gait;
