Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 - 45 years old; 2. Injury to enrollment <= 6 weeks; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria for meniscus injury of the knee joint as described in "Practical Orthopedics", and MRI examination shows meniscus injury <= grade II; 4. Able to accept and complete the prescribed rehabilitation plan, and can cooperate with assessment and treatment; 5. The patient or their authorized person signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for subjects with meniscus injury: 1. Combined with other knee joint soft tissue injuries such as ACL, PCL, etc.; 2. Severe degenerative/osteoarthritis/knee pain caused by radiation sources; 3. Previous knee surgery involving meniscus, ACL reconstruction, or bone cartilage repair; 4. Major knee trauma or fracture within the past 12 months on the affected side; Exclusion criteria for healthy subjects: 1. Presence of meniscus injury; 2. Presence of musculoskeletal pain; 3. Under 18 years old or over 45 years old; 4. Body mass index > 30 kg/m^2
