Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hepatitis B liver fibrosis group: 1. HBV infection; 2. Pathological or imaging examinations confirm the presence of liver fibrosis; Control group 1: 1. HBV infection; 2. Imaging examinations ruled out liver fibrosis; Control Group 2: Healthy individuals without HBV infection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infection with HCV or other hepatitis viruses; 2. Combined with serious diseases of other organs; 3. Combined with malignant tumors.
