Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 70 years, classified as ASA I-III, undergoing elective thyroid surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of neck surgery, a history of infection at the surgical site, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, substernal goiter, large cervical thyroid tumor, chronic pain requiring opioid therapy before or after surgery, excessive alcohol consumption, electrolyte disturbances, pregnancy, coagulation disorders, other surgical interventions, allergic reactions or contraindications to the drugs used in this study, as well as patients who do not agree to sign the informed consent form.
