Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stage 5 chronic kidney disease according to the guidelines and undergoing the first forearm autologous arteriovenous fistula anastomosis. 2. Age >= 18 years. 3. Color Doppler ultrasound indicates: artery >= 1.5 mm, venous diameter >= 2.0 mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe infections or malignant tumors, or other diseases that may affect the patency of arteriovenous fistulas or survival time. 2. Patients with elevated triglyceride levels (>5.65 mmol/L) or those who have regularly used major triglyceride-lowering drugs (fenofibrate, omega-3) within the past month; patients with hematologic diseases are also excluded. 3. Patients who are unable to participate in telephone or face-to-face follow-ups for any reason, or those from whom basic data cannot be collected.
