Interventions

Gamma neurofeedback training group:Participants received visual neurofeedback targeting parieto-occipital (PO) gamma(30-45 Hz) rhythms
Gamma-beta neurofeedback training group:Participants received visual neurofeedback simultaneously targeting both parieto-occipital gamma(30–45 Hz) and central beta(13–30 Hz) rhythms.
Control group:Participants received central visual neurofeedback within the range of 4 to 48 Hz.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adults aged 18 to 28; 2. Normal vision or corrected vision; 3. Right-handed; 4. No history of neurological or mental disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Current use of psychoactive medication,history of epilepsy or brain injury
