Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >=18 years; 2.Diagnosed with Primary Aldosteronism (PA) via biochemical tests; 3.Completed enhanced computed tomography (CT) within 1 month before surgery; 4.Completed Adrenal Venous Sampling (AVS) examination; 5.Complete clinical data and available imaging data;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous history of adrenal surgery; 2.Failed AVS cannulation (Selectivity Index [SI] < 2.0); 3.Severe artifacts in CT images that affect analysis; 4.Missing clinical data or imaging data;
