Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Full-time undergraduate students aged 18–25 years; 2. Recruited from universities in Shandong Province through voluntary enrollment; 3. Having prior experience using mobile fitness applications; 4. Without a professional athletic training background; 5. Able to safely engage in moderate-intensity physical activity and complete the study procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Self-reported medical contraindications to exercise, such as cardiovascular or musculoskeletal conditions; 2. Judged by a physician or the research team as unsuitable for moderate-intensity physical activity; 3. Having obvious physical developmental abnormalities, physical impairments, or other conditions affecting participation in testing or intervention; 4. Having acute illness within the previous 2 weeks, such as fever or diarrhea, or being otherwise unfit for participation; 5. Unable to understand the study requirements or complete the testing and intervention procedures as required.
