Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 0 to 18 who undergo elective thoracoscopic surgery at this hospital and require one-lung ventilation between 1 January 2022 and 31 May 2025.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Conversion to open thoracotomy during surgery; 2. Incomplete or incorrect recording of vital signs during surgery; 3. Missing data for key variables; 4. Other anomalies preventing reliable data extraction.
