18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 = 3 months; 3. Clear consciousness, normal intelligence, and no language communication barriers; 4. No severe anemia, hemoglobin (Hb) >= 80 g/L; 5. No physical activity disorders, able to walk independently; 6. Stable condition, heart function level 1 or 2, no chest tightness, chest pain, sitting breathing or other symptoms during rest; 7. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in the past month; 2. Patients who engage in regular physical exercise; 3. Acute infection in surgical trauma.
