Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients were first diagnosed with stroke based on clinical diagnosis (following head CT or MRI examination); 2.Aged 30–80 years; 3.Dgnosed with left unilateral spatial neglectia according to assessments; 4.Able to maintain sitting balance for 30 minutes and able to cooperate; 5.Adequate hearing and vision (as determined by correct recall on the whisper test and a Snellen score of 6/12);
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Significant cognitive impairment (MMSE < 20); 2.Other conditions affecting sitting balance (e.g. severe organic heart disease, musculoskeletal disorders, vertigo, epilepsy, etc.); 3.Skull defect, or intracranial nail located in channels corresponding to the near-infrared spectroscopy instrument; 4.Psychiatric disorders or inability to cooperate;
