Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 60 years old; 2.Patients undergoing abdominal surgery under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation; 3.Abdominal CT scan is required 2 weeks before surgery; 4.ASAII-III level; 5.Obtain informed consent from the patient and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Suffering from known musculoskeletal or neurological disorders associated with muscle atrop; 2.CT field of view does not include abdomen or CT file cannot be obtained; 3.Patients who did not provide informed consent.
