Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with biological, emotional, or legal ties to the patient who participate in the patient's medical care (including spouses/partners, children, parents, siblings, relatives, friends, etc.); 2.Individuals aged 18 years or older with full legal capacity; 3.Individuals possessing basic reading comprehension skills capable of independently completing the questionnaire; 4.Individuals voluntarily participating in this study and signing an informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Vulnerable populations, including individuals with mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, pregnant women, illiterate individuals, etc. 2.Family members of patients with ICU stays less than 24 hours; 3.Individuals with no clear relationship to the patient or who explicitly refuse to participate in the patient's medical care;
