Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Preschool-aged children <= 7 years old; 2.Patients scheduled for congenital heart disease surgery (including interventional closure procedures, cardiopulmonary bypass repair surgeries, etc.) with planned central venous catheter (CVC) insertion by the Department of Anesthesiology;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of puncture at the catheter insertion site; 2. Patients with incomplete data; 3. Patients with CVC indwelling time of less than 48 hours;
