intervention group:1. Psychological support and self acceptance: Regular education combined with 5-10 minutes of breathing/music/mindfulness relaxation and brief acceptance training

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age = 18 years old; 2. According to the diagnostic criteria in the Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Lung Cancer of the Chinese Medical Association (2025 edition) , pathological examination was conducted Diagnosed as primary lung cancer; 3. First time receiving chemotherapy (neoadjuvant chemotherapy, postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy, or palliative chemotherapy); 4. Clear consciousness, able to understand the survey content and cooperate; 5. Expected survival time = 6 months; 6. The research participants and their families provided informed consent and voluntarily participated.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Past or current mental illness and cognitive impairment; 2. Merge with other malignant tumors or other serious life-threatening diseases; 3. KPS score = 60 points; 4. Participate in other clinical researchers.
