Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.at least 18 years old; 2.Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of valvular heart disease who are scheduled to undergo transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) or transcatheter edge-to-edge repair (TEER) and other valvular heart surgeries. 3.Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe coronary artery disease (including coronary angiography showing >50% obstruction, history of coronary artery bypass surgery or percutaneous coronary intervention, or a clinical history of myocardial infarction). 2.Patients with severe dysfunction of the liver, lungs, kidneys, or other organs, or those affected by coagulation disorders, platelet abnormalities, or medication effects. 3.Patients with contraindications to endomyocardial biopsy. 4.Vulnerable populations, including individuals with mental illness, cognitive impairments, critically ill patients, pregnant women, illiterate individuals, etc.

Basic information: gender, age, height, weight, blood pressure, heart rate, medical history (including smoking history, drinking history, diabetes, hypertension, sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome, and other basic comorbidities), etc.;Laboratory tests: blood proBNP, starch gene screening, Fabry gene screening, electrolyte and liver and kidney function tests, etc.;Electrocardiogram: QRS waveform width and shape;Pathology: Myocardial biopsy histopathological examination (HE staining, electron microscopy);Imaging examinations: chest X-ray, echocardiography (interventricular septal thickness, EF index), PET (select according to the situation, 18FDG, cardiac metabolic status), radionuclide pyrophosphate imaging (PYP) (to observe the distribution and deposition of amyloid in the myocardium), coronary CTA;
