17 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 17-40 years old; 2. SE = 26mm; 3. Clear refractive media, able to cooperate with OCT, OCTA and other examinations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.With a confirmed diagnosis of glaucoma; 2.Ocular diseases: retinal detachment, optic neuritis, ischemic optic neuropathy, etc. 3.Systemic diseases: pituitary tumor and other neurological disorders; 4.History of ocular trauma; 5.History of ocular surgery: corneal refractive surgery, cataract surgery, vitrectomy, etc. 6.Use of topical or systemic corticosteroids (or other medications) within the past 3 months;
