Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted to the gynecology ward of a tertiary specialized hospital in Zhejiang Province from May 2026 to December 2027 were selected as the study subjects. 1. Age <= 65 years; 2. Have normal vision and hearing; 3. Normal mental, memory, and cognitive abilities, with complete Chinese language expression skills; 4. Able to use electronic devices such as computers and mobile phones; 5. Understand and voluntarily agree to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious internal or surgical complications who are unable to normally participate in health education; 2. Patients with malignant tumors undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy, or in the stage of recurrence and metastasis; 3. Patients with a history of psychiatric or psychological disorders; 4. Patients who are unable to take care of themselves.
