Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old, gender not limited. 2. Patients undergoing endoscopic examination. 3. Normal heart and lung function, normal blood routine and coagulation time, able to tolerate anesthesia; able to understand the purpose of the trial, voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are unable to tolerate endoscopic procedures and intravenous anesthesia for various reasons. 2.Researchers judge that the subjects have poor compliance and are unwilling to undergo endoscopic examinations.
