Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 - 65 years old, gender not restricted; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for obesity in China (BMI >= 28 kg/m^2, or BMI >= 24 kg/m^2 with metabolic comorbidities); 3. Voluntarily selects one of the four intervention methods and signs the informed consent form; 4. Has basic reading and writing skills and can cooperate to complete the psychological scale assessment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Baseline screening indicated a significant psychological risk (PHQ-9 suicide ideation item >= 1 point, or GAD-7 >= 15 points / PHQ-9 >= 20 points indicating the need for specialized intervention for severe anxiety/depression); 2. Previously diagnosed with severe mental disorders such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder; 3. Have a history of substance abuse in the past 3 months; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Have severe and uncontrolled systemic diseases (such as malignant tumors, important organ failure); 6. Have participated in other drug clinical trials in the past 3 months.
