Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Indications meeting Class I or IIa criteria for implantable pacemaker placement according to the 2018 American Heart Association guidelines; Indications meeting Class I or IIa criteria for implantable cardioverter-defibrillator clinical application according to the 2021 Chinese Medical Association Electrophysiology and Pacing Branch guidelines; Indications meeting Class I or IIa criteria for implantable cardiac electronic device therapy in patients with chronic HFrEF. 2.Patients receiving their first implantable cardiac electronic device (CIED), including pacemakers (PM), implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICD), cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillators (CRT-D), and cardiac resynchronization therapy pacemakers (CRT-P); 3.Age >= 18 years old and voluntarily participating in this study;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with coexisting mental disorders and cognitive impairment; 2.Patients with severe impairment of other vital organs (such as liver, lungs, kidneys) or other serious chronic diseases (such as malignant tumors) have a life expectancy of no more than one year. 3.Individuals with hearing impairments or communication difficulties;
