Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a preoperative diagnosis of traumatic brain injury; 2.Patients who can be induced or maintained with remimazolam during anesthesia; 3.Patients for whom complete blood samples were available; 4.Clinical data were complete and patients gave informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with history of other metabolic diseases; 2.Patients with metabolic diseases or taking drugs to treat metabolic diseases; 3.Patients with adverse reactions to remimazolam; 4.Poor preservation of tissue samples or insufficient sample size; 5.Refusal to participate in the study;
